Psalm 141 verse 3
Set a guard over my mouth, O LORD;
keep watch over the door of my lips.

Sometimes I think it is a good thing to ask The LORD to put a guard over my mouth to stop me saying something wrong and then wishing that I had not said it. As Christians we must be very careful what we say to others so that we do not offend them because in doing so we offend God if we do not speak righteously. Today please God guard my mouth, the door of my lips and my speaking. Amen.

Prayer really becomes effective when you do speak out to someone that you have done so.
It is good to have God our Heavenly Father and Jesus His Son with us, also The Holy Spirit knowing that we are never alone. That our sins are forgiven and we can look forward to our heavenly home when our time on this planet earth comes to an end.
