It is Good to Pray

Morning Glory in the photo above looks beautiful – it was taken in my Garden. The above picture reminds me of trumpets…the flowers are very fragile, the petals very soft to touch. It is a vine (a creeper) and looks nice along a fence line. But can get very much out of hand if not kept in check.

Psalm 116 verse 1

I love The LORD, for He heard my voice;

He heard my cry for mercy.

***

What would my life be without you LORD, you are my life, you did hear my cry. I praise you LORD with all my heart and soul and all that is within me. Amen.

We could send up a Prayer today.

It is good to start the day off with a prayer – because sometimes we seem to get so busy that we either forget or don’t get time to stop for a few minutes and think about things that we should pray for. What or who should we pray for then?

Well let us see – we need to pray for our own families so that our Heavenly Father would be kind enough to bless them. We can’t expect Him to do that unless we actually ask Him to. Also there are many things and people in this world that need help for healing, finance, the list goes on. So there is not a shortage of things to pray about.

One good thing to pray about is for the Town or City that we live in and the people who govern them. We cannot all be missionaries and to go to the underdeveloped countries to help – but in our own prayer time we can at least pray and ask God to Bless them.

My latest book is a Year book of small Daily readings from the Bible with a comment about the reading and can be useful especially for our own private time to read just a small piece from the Bible each day. Maybe while we have a sit down with a Cuppa ?

Here is the Link for the book….’Drink from the Cup’

* I pray that you have a lovely day today *

God Bless You with the Love of The Lord Jesus and fellowship with The Holy Spirit today and always. Amen.
