Have we Kind Heart.

Do you believe in Angels?

Who do we Honour ?

The above is one of my Oil Paintings.

Esther: Chapter 3 verse 5.

When Hamman saw

that Mordecai would not kneel down

or pay him honour,

he was enraged.

***

We as Christians cannot pay honour to anything of Satan. Yes people will be enraged at our attitude but we best stick with Jesus so that we do not anger The LORD God Almighty. We best fear The LORD not the devil so that we have divine protection from all wrong things today and forever. Amen.

Well the above is certainly News for today, also it should be for every day. What do you think? We really should not honour those who are doing wrong. People who hurt others we cannot honour them for what they do. Let us give Praise and Honour to The Lord God for everyone who is trying to make this world a better place, even as we give Him the Praise for these trustworthy people, they in turn we pray will be blessed by Jesus.

Here is a Link for the ‘Help you to Pray’ Book. Especially for new Christians and those of us who get a bit stuck sometimes of what or who to pray for.

I Pray that this little book will be a blessing to many people throughout the world.

I pray you have a lovely day today and can honour God our Heavenly Father for the Blessings that He allows us to have. Amen.

Proverbs: Chapter 10 verse 8.

The wise in heart accepts commands

but a chattering fool comes to ruin.

***

Oh! God let us not be chattering fools today,

let us try to be wise in our hearts and our speaking. Amen.

The Psalm above lets us know that we should really watch what we say, also how we say it. Also we should not chatter on when someone is trying to speak. We should listen to hear what they say also allow them to finish talking before we answer them.

Remember – out of the heart the mouth speaks –

Let us try to not chatter on and on when we need to tell someone something, then they will be more interested to hear what we have to say.

Yes, we need wisdom sometimes to say what is in our heart, because once spoken we cannot take the words back.

Isaiah Chapter 40 verse 31

But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles,

they will run and not grow weary they will walk and not be faint.

Taken from TNIV Bible.

*****

We do need to hope in The Lord when we feel we are not coping with life.

If we are not well, often we struggle on hoping to get better very soon – but if only we would pray to our Heavenly Father we may start to feel better quicker.

Remember Jesus is our healer, so when we do feel weary let us ask the Holy Spirit to help us pray for Jesus to heal us.

It would be lovely to soar like the Eagles into the skies and glide over the earth and not be weary.

Let us remember to pray each day and know that Jesus Loves us just as we are.

Love

This Flower we call Morning Glory…… the Flowers look like lovely Trumpets, have you ever felt the petals they are so soft to touch.

Jude: verse 21.

Keep yourselves in God’s love

as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ

to bring you to eternal life.

***

What about today then,

are we really keeping ourselves in God’s love.

Can we show that love of Jesus to someone today – just a small act of kindness,

even a smile to someone will show God that we are waiting in His Love.

Have a Lovely Day today walking in the Love of God.

It is nice to be Righteous !

Psalm: 58 verse 11

Then men will say,

‘Surely the righteous will are rewarded,

surely there is a God who judges the earth’

***

Because God says that we shall be rewarded, then we know that He will reward us for sure. However, we do need to be righteous, we cannot expect rewards for nothing. God blesses us with all good things. How He will surely reward us when we become even more righteous. I think we ought to make a special effort today to live a good life because God is our judge, who gives according to His will.

The above is taken rom the Book: ‘Drink rom the Cup’

Isaiah 61:3 … Talks out the trees of righteousness the Planting of The Lord. You may like to read about that sometime.

So how are we going today to be righteous then……. we should try to be free from guilt or sin. We all know that is not easy when we have so many things during each day to deal with. Sometimes we get frustrated and cross, the Bible says in your anger do not sin….

Best think of something nice that we can do today for The Lord of for someone in our family or for maybe for a friend.

One of the nicest things we can do is to pray….. it is good to pray for our family and friends but what about our Town or place that we live in. Surely that would be a righteous thing to do as we go about our daily life. Also to pray for those less fortunate than ourselves, there are so many things to pray about.

Here is a book that may help you to pray if are quite a new Christion and not sure how or what to pray for.

I hope you have a lovely righteous day today.

Ripple on a Pond.

The above is one of my Oil Paintings…..yes it has a pond on it so thought it would good on here.

Job: Chapter 1 – verse 21.

“Naked I came from my mothers’ womb and naked I shall depart.

The Lord gave and The LORD has taken away:

may the name of The LORD be praised”

***

The above was said by Job and it is true, naked we came into this world and naked we shall leave it. So while we are here let us bless those around us as best we can especially our family. Let us see them enjoy some of the assets we would eventually leave them when we die by giving now while we are alive. Let us share in their enjoyment. Maybe it could be just a special little heirloom we are saving for them, or, maybe finance we are saving for them. If they are in need as some young families are, let us be gracious and try to help. Today let us remember – we cannot take anything with us when we go, that also includes our love. let them know you love them. Our families do need our love more than maybe they or we realize. The LORD surely blesses us as we bless others.

Today let us think on our nakedness before The LORD.

Here is the Poem that I wrote about being a Ripple on a Pond…

Are You a Ripple on a Pond. ?

Are you a Ripple on a Pond?

Do you see what I see? Can you pray for those who cannot pray?

Will you pray for those who cannot see? Are you a Ripple on a Pond.?

Like a pebble thrown into the middle, our prayers can go out and around

in a never ending and expanding circle. Are you a ripple on a pond?

Do you see beyond the horizon? Will your words or works reach out

in that never ending circle of prayer? I pray I am a Ripple on a Pond.

My prayers going forth throughout the world, for those lost souls to be gathered in

and for everyone of them to be cleansed from sin.

Do try to be a Ripple, even starting with a trickle, of prayer and praise.

Like a pebble creating waves on a Pond, may your Prayers go forward even beyond.

So are you a Ripple on a Pond?

With prayers, reach far beyond all that you see. Look and use your spiritual eyes for Jesus.

Do something for Him that really, really pleases.

Love Disciplines (Corrects) !

Proverbs 13 verse 24

He who spares the rod hates his son

but

he who loves him is careful to discipline him.

***

This does not mean that we should go about hitting our children with a rod until they cower before us. It does mean that we must discipline them in a way that they will understand not to do that bad thing again.

As children of God did you know that God disciplines us?

Because He loves us He is constantly correcting us, that is how it should be with us and our natural children.

They must not be allowed to do just as they like, when and how they like, neither can we in God’s Kingdom.

Today let us rejoice that Our Father in Heaven loves us so much that He disciplines us with love.

Do you like Comfort?

On the Wings of an Eagle let your Spirit Soar.

Psalm 34 verse 18

The LORD is close to the broken-hearted

and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

***

We all get broken-hearted and crushed in our spirit at sometime during our lives here on this earth. Let us remember to come to God at those times, sit at His feet, give Him our burdens and He will comfort us by His Holy spirit, whom Jesus sent to be our comforter. Today if this is a day of any sort of burden for you, please know that God is very close to you.

What else can we say about comfort?

Sometimes it is nice to just have a cup of tea, that can be a comfort when we get a bit stressed with whatever is going on during the day.

We should make time to have some kind of comfort for ourselves …… that can be things that give us pleasure, maybe going for a walk, gardening, craft work anything that we are able to do and enjoy doing can be called a comfort I think. For myself I like to do ‘Oil Paintings, Water colours, Pen/Ink drawings – they can be called my comfort zone. Also the books that I write can take me out of the everyday world into the lovely world of writing.

Another kind of comfort is to curl up in bed when we are not feeling very well. That is a great comfort to lay there and pray for the sickness or painfulness to go away. As we lay there in our comfort zone it is a good time to pray for others who maybe in need of some prayer, then some of our discomfort goes away!

Remember – The Holy Spirit is our Comforter…… however – we do need to ask Him to comfort us and He will. Jesus sent His Holy Spirit to help us, guide us and comfort us. That is a marvelous thing to remember when we are in need of any kind of help or comfort.

Praise The Lord He can comfort us, wherever we may be in this world.
