Psalm: 97 verse 10
Let those who love The LORD hate evil,
for He guards the lives of His faithful ones
and delivers them from
the hand of the wicked.
***
Thank you LORD for your protection toward me and my family
including all those I love and pray for. Amen.

Today is a good day to not do anything that is evil, that is let us try not to do any bad thing today. I know that it is very difficult sometimes not to use swear words, or to shout at our loved ones or to make someone cry! Let us try to be kind today. Let us be kind to those that The Lord brings before us. It may be a stranger that we meet while shopping or travelling on our holiday.
If we can help someone without expecting anything in return that is good.
Anything that is good is not evil in the sight of God our Heavenly Father.
God our Heavenly Father protects us wherever we go i.e. down the street, or next door to neighbours, on holiday, or in the workplace just about anywhere. But we loose that protection if we go and join in where evil lurks. God will chastise us, remember He is our Heavenly Father – we are His children, so like our earthly Father would choose to chastise us so will He. (Not a good feeling if we have done wrong when we belong to the Kingdom of God).
There we are then – just a thought that we may like to consider, so that we can continue to have the protection for ourselves and our families. Today and always.
* God Bless You Today – Have a lovely Joyful day *

We are not alone.
John: Chapter: 16 verse 31
……..Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me.
…
As Christians we know that God our Father is with us.
When Jesus went back to Heaven He sent His Holy Spirit to be with us – to teach, comfort and also to fellowship with us.
Where The Holy Spirit is, there also are The Father and The Son.
Just think how blessed we are – we are never alone!
From ‘Drink from the Cup’ book., by J.M.R.Larman.
…..

So if you are feeling lonely today, stop and think for a while, make a cup of coffee, tea or a favourite drink. Then sit quietly and thank The Lord for all the Blessings that He has allowed and is giving us each day.
Let us think do we have food and shelter, are we blessed with a Husband, Wife and children or good friends or even a special Pet that we can rely on and talk to when we need help or a shoulder to cry on.
Well we may have so many Blessings that is is difficult to count them all and yet………we still feel lonely.
Why oh! why do we feel like that ?……
While we sit quietly let us remember that Jesus must have felt very lonely at times when people did not understand Him. Sometimes He went off to a special place to pray on His own to His Father in Heaven until He felt better about things…….Jesus who’s Father is in Heaven is also our Father who we can go to at any time of the day or night if we are a Christian.
So let us try not to be lonely today, talk to The Holy Spirit and ask Him to comfort you and guide you out of that feeling of loneliness into the Joy of The Lord. Maybe put on some cheerful music – remember we need the Spirit of Praise for the Spirit of Heaviness. Then the spirit of loneliness will begin to go away and we can get on with our day in a cheerful way.
Maybe have another Cuppa!!!!!!!!!!!!

Proverbs: 12 verse 28
In the way of righteousness there is life;
along that path is immortality.
*
Today is another day for us to walk in righteousness,
to walk in true life on our way to immortality,
to eternity.
Walk in righteousness with Jesus today,
tell Him you love Him and look forward
to the day when we walk in Heaven with Him.

Well what does it mean then to walk in righteousness?
I think it means that we should be careful what we say and do, especially in front of our little children and also in the presence of our grown up family and friends. Children mainly only know what they are taught, so we do need to try to teach them the right way to live. That surely would be walking in righteousness for us to show them how.
We all make mistakes and cannot be perfect all the time, however we can say sorry if we have said or done the wrong thing. Jesus forgives us when we repent and say with are sorry, then of course we can feel free of any guilt that we have said or done the wrong thing and hopefully remember not to do it again.
Yes Children need to be taught to do the right thing – also they need to be taught to say the word sorry to their friends and family, even as we need to do so.
I hope you have a lovely day trying to walk in Righteousness with The Lord, remember The Holy Spirit will help you if you ask Him – especially if you are struggling with any problems regarding your walk with Jesus.

What are Scoffers ?
Jude: verse 18
They said to you,
“In the last times
there will be scoffers

Do we know what a Scoffer is? That is the question????????
The Dictionary says: to Scoff is to speak about something in a scornfully derisive way. It does mean also to ridicule someone or something. Which really is not a good idea as the Bible says we are not to judge. It is up to The Lord to judge people not us and He says also that as we judge others so we shall be judged.
Makes you think doesn’t it?

Be Holy
The above is an ‘Oil Painting” of a Vision that someone had.
*
Leviticus: Chapter 19 verses 1-2
The LORD said to Moses,
Speak to the entire assembly of Israel and say to them:
‘Be holy because –
I, The LORD your God, am Holy.’
*
Today we need to be reminded of this – we need to be holy because the LORD our God is Holy. How can we do this you may well ask? Possibly in lots of ways but one thing we can do, is to try to keep ourselves from the evils of this world.
God has called us to be Holy.
That means we are set aside for Him. Let us try to stay that way for The LORD our God each day.
*
The above is taken from book ‘Drink from the Cup’ by. J.M.R. Larman.
We can only take one day at a time while we live on this earth to try to be Holy.
We are not that clever to be able to do this by ourselves.
We need the help of The Holy Spirit to help guide us each day.
Really when you think about it this can only happen if we are a Christian, so we best become one and get on with it.
So, you may say that is not very holy to talk like that but it is the truth and in the Bible it says ‘the truth will set you free’ Therefore for us to be holy it is an on going thing. We don’t like to not be able to do some of the worldly things. However, we should really try to obey the Ten Commandments that were give to Moses. If you are not sure what they are they can be found in your Holy Bible……if you do not happen to have one…….then maybe look on Google because there you can find most things.
Today let us hopefully not get really cross with anyone and upset them, let us not swear or steal or commit different kinds of crime. Let us try to love our neighbour as ourselves (that is one of the Commandments) I am not going to list them here because if you want to be Holy then it is up to you to try, no-one else can do that for you.
Please let us remember to Pray and ask God our Heavenly Father to allow The Holy Spirit to help us as we walk in truth and love with Jesus our Lord.

The Blood of Jesus
Hebrews: Chapter 10 verse 19
Therefore,
brothers,
since we have confidence
to enter the Most Holy Place
by the blood of Jesus………
*
It’s good to read the next few verses in the Bible, of the above scripture to know that we have been cleansed by the Blood of Jesus to enter into that Most Holy Place.
For us to pray directly to our Heavenly Father, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
So today have confidence to come before God as one of His children to pray for your needs, then give Him the Glory that He is entitled to.
Because there is no-one like our God.
He is Almighty God the one and only true God maker of Heaven and Earth. Amen.
The above is taken from the Book: ‘Drink from the Cup’ by J.M.R. Larman.
Just imagine – Jesus shed His blood for us – yes – you and me and all our families and friends.
The blood in our veins is the life force of our bodies, without it we would die. Our blood did not evolve, it was there in the beginning when God our Heavenly Father made us Male and Female. Likewise all the animals, the birds, the bees, the creepy crawly things.
Our blood did not come from Ape’s or Monkey’s it is special to us as Human beings, Almighty God is the Creator of the Universe and of all things. He did not mess about evolving things – He spoke them into being – that included us and when He did he breathed His Breath into us and made us a Living Soul. Each one of us is different from each other, none of us have the same Finger Prints but we do have Fingers and Finger Prints – just look at your hands and see.
So each one of us has BLOOD in our bodies the same as Jesus had in His but He shed His Blood for us on the Cross so that we can be forgiven for our sins to become Christians when we acknowledge Him and accept Him into our life and heart which will still be beating not just with the Blood but with the Love of God our Heavenly Father. We do not have to shed our Blood to become a Christian – how marvellous is that –
Do you know that God our Heavenly Father made us and loves each one of us?
