As Christians we know that God our Father is with us. When Jesus went back to Heaven He sent His Holy Spirit to be with us – to teach, comfort and also to fellowship with us. Where The Holy Spirit is, there also are the Father and The Son. Just think how blessed we are. – We are never alone.

Well do you feel alone sometimes? It is only natural that we may feel that way now and again. So that is a good time to phone a friend, go out for a walk, read a book or put some lovely music on if you are working indoors. Or maybe make a nice cuppa. Also if you have a special hobby perhaps make a fresh start on it.

One of the best things to do if you are a Christian is to Pray and ask The Holy Spirit to comfort you and to take the loneliness away. Then praise The Lord for allowing you to have the day.
